Jennifer L. Lynch, is a highly skilled and experienced civil litigator
with over 15 years of litigation and trial experience.
Ms. Lynch works with both
public and private sector plaintiffs and defendants including shareholders,
individual investors, partners, international and domestic corporations,
directors, officers, employees, employers, students, patients, medical
professionals (physicians, psychologists, therapists, and medical technical
personnel), legal professionals, charitable organizations, as well as
the general public.
Ms. Lynch has been licensed in California since 1991 and currently practices
in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on business contracts
and torts, Board of Directors liability, employment law, products and
professional liability. She also practices in the areas of civil rights,
personal injury, government liability, and inverse condemnation. Ms. Lynch
advises companies regarding potential litigation with respect to employment
issues including policy and procedures, business contracts, and copyright
matters. She litigates in both California State and Federal Courts and
handles cases from Los Angeles to San Bernardino to San Diego.
Ms. Lynch has represented
investors who have been manipulated, lied to, scammed through ponzi schemes
and cheated through corporate fraud and has obtained multi-million dollar
judgments on their behalf.

Ms. Lynch is admitted to practice before every court in the State of California
as well as the Southern and Central United States Federal District Courts.
After receiving her undergraduate
degree from University of California, Los Angeles with honors, Ms. Lynch
earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of San Diego School
of Law.
Ms. Lynch is currently or has been a member of the following association:
American Trial Association, the San Diego Insurance Adjusters Association
and the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before the
United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of
California.
Ms. Lynch frequently serves
as a Pro-Tem Judge in the San Diego Superior Court system since 1996 as
well as a court-appointed Settlement Officer.
Ms. Lynch served on the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of
North County San Diego, from 2003-2005, and served as Chairperson for
Marketing and Member Services and Vice-President in 2005. She is currently
serving as a member of the Conference of Delegates for the Bar Association
which meets to propose, draft, debate and pass resolutions of law to be
presented, lobbied and potentially adopted by State Congress. She has
also served as a Barrister in the Enright Inns of Court Chapter
from 2000-2001. She has also appeared as a guest panelist for Midpoint
television program addressing ethics in business, Career Struggles
& Solutions, and Parental Relationships.
Ms. Lynch serves as General
Counsel for Papermart, Inc.
Prior to starting her own practice, she practiced as a senior litigator
with the firm of Murchison & Cumming in the San Diego offices from
1996-2000 and worked with Shifflet, Walters, Kane & Konoske from 1990-1996.
